Nesting software for Windows
Desktop software for Windows that automatically nests true-shape parts from DXF on sheets for laser, plasma, waterjet and CNC cutting – with sheet remnants, a shop-floor report and DXF export.
What SRSA NEST does
SRSA NEST arranges flat parts from DXF drawings on sheets of metal so that as little material as possible is wasted – automatically, in a few seconds or within the time limit you choose.
The result is a DXF file for each sheet that your cutting machine or CAM software can process, together with a printable shop-floor report. You can review and adjust every sheet by hand before exporting.
- Input: DXF drawings of parts and the sheets or remnants you have in stock
- Output: DXF per sheet, shop-floor report, CSV and remnants back in stock
- Works offline – projects and drawings stay on your computer
Who it is for
Companies and workshops that cut parts from sheet metal and want to save material and programming time.
Job shops and contract cutting
Many customers, many small jobs: parts of several jobs share sheets, the report keeps them apart and remnants are reused.
Manufacturers with own production
Repeated series and recurring parts: grids for identical parts, priorities for urgent parts and a stock of sheet formats.
Technologists and machine operators
A guided workflow, clear checks and keyboard shortcuts – fast for experts, easy to learn for new staff.
