Effective from 11 October 2026
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They are used, for example, to keep you signed in or to protect forms against misuse. Other technologies for storing data in the browser (such as local storage) work in a similar way; below we refer to all of them as cookies.
2. Which cookies we use
The website srsanest.com uses only necessary cookies without which it cannot work. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies and we do not track your behaviour on the website.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Expiry |
|---|---|---|---|
| …_session (e.g. srsa_nest_session) | this website | session – sign-in, selected language, forms in progress | 2 hours of inactivity |
| XSRF-TOKEN | this website | protection of forms against forged requests (CSRF) | 2 hours |
| remember_web_… | this website | persistent sign-in – only if you choose “Remember me” when signing in | up to 400 days or until you sign out |
| srsa_consent | this website | stores your choice in the cookie bar | 180 days |
3. External media (only with your consent)
Product videos may be hosted on YouTube or Vimeo. A video is loaded only after you consent in the cookie bar or click the “Play video” button. Until then nothing is sent to the video provider. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and Vimeo with the “do not track” option. Once a video is played, however, the provider receives your IP address and may store its own cookies:
| Provider | Example cookies | Purpose | More information |
|---|---|---|---|
| YouTube (Google Ireland Limited) | VISITOR_INFO1_LIVE, YSC, local storage data | playing the video, player settings, protection against misuse | policies.google.com/privacy |
| Vimeo.com, Inc. | vuid, __cf_bm | playing the video and player security | vimeo.com/privacy |
4. Legal basis
We use necessary cookies under Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC (implemented in Section 89(3) of the Czech Electronic Communications Act No. 127/2005 Coll.) and our legitimate interest in a functional and secure website – no consent is required for them. External media are loaded only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
5. How to change or withdraw your consent
You can change your choice at any time in the cookie settings (the link is also in the footer of every page). You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; if you block necessary cookies, however, signing in and submitting forms will not work.
More information on the processing of personal data can be found on the Privacy policy page. Please send any questions to info@srsanest.com.
