Who processes your data
The operator of this website is the company stated in the contact details. You can reach us via the contact form or the e-mail address on the contact page.
What data we process and why
- Contact form – name, e-mail, optionally company and phone, and your message, in order to answer your enquiry.
- Customer account – name, e-mail, optionally company, VAT ID and phone, password (stored only as a secure hash), in order to manage licences and orders.
- Licences and activations – licence key, an anonymous fingerprint (hash) of the computer, computer name, program version and IP address of the activation, in order to provide the licence.
- Orders – billing details, in order to issue an invoice and meet legal obligations.
Cookies
The website uses only technically necessary cookies (session and protection of forms against misuse). We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Embedded videos are loaded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode or from Vimeo with “do not track”.
